What payment method do you accept?

A:We accept all main credit cards like VISA / MasterCard etc. Payments are processed *securely* through our trusted and verified merchant account. Your order will be processed safely and securely. 

Please note, because of the large amount of deceptive fraud on the Internet, we can only ship to the billing address that is listed with your credit card company.  Attempts to have footwear shipped to address that is not on file with your credit card company  will result in a declined transaction

Why does my payment fail?

First, please make sure your have enter your credit card information and billing information accurately. If it still fails, please check balance on your account or if it's expired. If failure still happens, please contact your bank to find out the reason and have it fixed, then come back to us and refinish the payment process. Sometimes, banks may temporally suspend your credit card.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5-7 working days or less to USA,Canada,Australia and most west european countries. And it might take a few more days, 7-10 business days, to other countries in the world.

How can I trace my order ?

We will email you your tracking information when your item ships and you will be able to track your item at www.usps.com.

Do we deliver to APOs/FPOs ,and other military addresses?

YES! Once you select United States of America for your country (as all military addresses are charged domestic USA rates,) you will see APOs, FPOs, and other military addresses at the BOTTOM of the State-drop-down menu.
